Look out for the Big Five plus a host of other astounding wild animals, spend time in a traditional village and uncover Africa's incredible and diverse natural beauty on an awesome week's adventure through the south.

Days 1-2 Livingstone/ Victoria Falls

Kick-off this unforgettable adventure in Zambia's adrenaline capital. Admire the incredible torrent of white water at Victoria Falls, where spray drifts hundreds of metres above - hence its local name Mosi oa Tunya, 'the smoke that thunders'. Explore the falls more closely or perhaps some of the many adventure activities on offer.

Days 3-4 Nata/ Polokwane Game Reserve

Travel from the lush foliage that fringes the Zambezi to Botswana's sprawling plains. Go on a game drive through the Polokwane Game Reserve. Explore the dizzying expanse of the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans - they may appear arid, but it's possible to spot a meerkat, mongoose or even flamingos here.

Days 5-6 Kruger National Park

Wake up at dawn to participate in another game drive through the Polokwane Game Reserve. After breakfast, embark on a tour through the Kruger National Park's expansive savannah and rolling hills. Opt to go on a night drive with the chance of encountering nocturnal animals. If lucky, catch a glimpse of a white rhino, eland or a rare specie of antelope - the sable.

Day 7 Shangaan Village

Savour stunning views from God's Window and marvel at Bourke's Luck Potholes, bizarre cylindrical holes carved into the rock by whirlpools near the start of Blyde River Canyon. Soak up life in Limpopo Province among the tribal Shangaan. Explore a village then enjoy a colourful evening of local culture - and a delicious barbecue dinner in a traditional boma house. Tonight, stay in village huts.

Day 8 Johannesburg

Explore Blyde River Canyon, an awe-inspiring sandstone gorge before ending the journey in Johannesburg. Once the source of a large-scale gold and diamond trade, Johannesburg is now South Africa's wealthiest metropolis and a renowned party town.
