Days 1-2 Windhoek/ Sossusvlei

Make a pre-dawn start to witness the ever-changing colours of Sossusvlei's sand dunes, before visiting Sesriem's mighty canyon.

Days 3-4 Swakopmund

Admire the nearby Welwitchia plants, one of the world's rarest and oldest trees. Explore Swakopmund's beach, shops or flea market. Alternatively, take part in optional activities such as scenic flights or sea fishing.

Days 5-7 Twyfelfontein/ Damaraland

Keep an eye out for elusive desert elephants that makes their home along the dry river beds. Visit the rock paintings and engravings at Twyfelfontein. Enjoy optional walks or game drives in fascinating Damaraland or just relax and recharge.

Days 8-10 Etosha National Park

Relax with a sunset tipple, then visit the floodlit waterholes by night to try and spot black rhinos.

Day 11 Otavi

Learn about the fascinating lives of today's San people. Continue south into the Otavi Mountains for an afternoon walk.

Day 12 Windhoek

Visit Okahandja's wood-carving market before returning to Windhoek. The adventure comes to an end after lunch.
