Days 1-2 Victoria Falls/ Livingstone
Marvel at the incredible spray of Victoria Falls, before a free day to try out some of the area's adventure sports.
Day 3 Luangwa Bridge
Travel through spectacular countryside and camp beside the South Luangwa River's rushing waters.
Days 4-5 South Luangwa National Park
Embark on dawn and dusk safaris to see wildlife at its most active. South Luangwa shelters a variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and lions.
Days 6-8 Monkey Bay/ Lake Malawi
Get into lakeside life, camping on Lake Malawi's pure white sandy shore and swimming in its glassy waters. Continue south where plenty of watersports are available for thrill-seekers.
Day 9 Lake Chicamba
Zebra and eland are often seen meandering along this shimmering lake.
Days 10-11 Vilankulo
Mozambique's pleasure playground offers gorgeous coral reefs, sandy beaches and lush islands. Spend an unforgettable day exploring the archipelago in a dhow, a traditional Arab sailboat.
Days 12-13 Inhambane
Once an Arab and Portuguese trading hub, there's plenty to discover in Inhambane. Enjoy a free day to explore, or simply laze on the beach.
Day 14 Maputo
This glamorous city has a distinctly European feel. Visit its excellent restaurants, then hit the local music clubs - choose from jazz, Afro-pop or even reggae.
Day 15 Kruger National Park
Embark on afternoon game drives through the Kruger to spot the Big Five. Perhaps enjoy an optional night drive to see nocturnal creatures in action.
Day 16 Johannesburg
Why not end the adventure in one of Johannesburg's hip bars?
